Re-dispersible Polymer Powder (RDP/VAE)

APPEARANCE

Re-dispersible Polymer Powder (RDP/VAE) is free-flowing white powder made by spray-drying special water- based emulsion. Mostly based on vinyl acetate- ethylene.

RDP is odorless, non-toxic white powder, it can be dissolved in normal water to form a translucent, highly ductile&tenacity film after drying.

It has the properties of binding, abrasion resistance, waterproof, dispersing, emulsifying, film coating, gelling, colloid protection, ensured long term durability, excellent flexibility in low temperature.

RDP is good film forming agents in Coating. The coating with RDP has significant advantages of highly weather resistance, toughness and strong adhesion on different basic substrates. The performance of Anti-chalking and anti-cracking is significantly in extreme weathers.

RDP has remarkable performance for bonding in cement application. It reinforce the cement structure and provide excellent adhesion on mortars or gypsum based dry mixed mortar substrates.
