In recent years, with the continuous development of external wall insulation technology, the continuous progress of cellulose production technology, and the excellent characteristics of HP cellulose itself, HP cellulose has been widely used in the construction industry. In order to deeply understand the mechanism of HP cellulose and cement-based materials, this paper introduces the improvement effect of HP cellulose on the cohesion of cement-based materials.
The tiling method currently widely used in Europe is the so-called thin-layer bonding method, that is, a toothed spatula is used to scrape the polymer-modified tile adhesive batch on the surface of the base layer to be tiled in advance to form raised stripes and uniform thickness of mortar layer, then press the tile on top of it and twist slightly, the thickness of the mortar layer is about 2 to 4 mm . Good flexibility to absorb stress due to temperature differences, etc., and excellent sag resistance, long enough open time to greatly speed up application in thin layers, easy handling and no need to pre-wet the tiles in water. This construction method is easy to operate and easy to carry out on-site construction quality control.
